1. What is my Account Number?

The number is located on the upper right hand corner of your City of Woodburn Utility Bill. When entering this number on the main page do not use spaces.

2. How do I sign up for paperless billing? How do I register?

Select the register button on the main screen. All entries are case sensitive.

3. How do I pay my Bill online?

After you have registered your information, log into your account. Click the “Pay” check box to the right of the bill(s) you wish to pay and click on the “Complete Payment” button. Verify the amount you wish to pay at the top of the form. Click “Submit Payment” to pay your bill(s).

Note: You must first make sure the “Pay on the Web” checkbox is selected in “My Profile.”

4. Do I get a confirmation of payment?

Yes. An email will be sent to the primary email in your profile.

5. Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. The only information that is stored on the billing website is an encrypted token, not the actual account number. That information is verified through secure web protocols in an online secure vault.

6. Will I continue to receive my bill by mail?

No. When you enroll in paperless billing you will receive an email notice that your bill is available for online viewing. You will no longer receive paper bills by mail. However, if you forget to pay a bill, the reminder notice will be mailed to you.

7. Why do I need to know the primary name as it appears on the bill?

All City of Woodburn Utility Accounts are kept in the owner or renter’s name. We use this name along with the account number to verify that you are the correct utility account customer.

8. I forgot my username, what should I do?

Please call the City of Woodburn with your account name and number as it appears on your bill. We will be able to assist you with retrieving your user name. 503-982-5222.

9. What should I do if I forget my password?

On the main log-in page, select “forget password” link. You need to know your utility billing account number, e-mail address and user name you originally used to set up your profile. A new password will be emailed to you.

10. Can I make changes to my utility account information on-line?

No. You can change information associated with making a payment with your credit card, but all other changes need to be done through the office. Please call 503-982-5222 for additional changes required.

11. Which Credit Cards are accepted?

The City of Woodburn currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

12. What do I do if I get locked out of my account?

If your account is locked because you have failed to log in five times without a successful login, you will need to contact the City of Woodburn to re-enable your account 503-982-5222.

13. How do I manage multiple account numbers under a single user name?

After you create your ebilling account, you will need to contact the City of Woodburn at 503-982-5222 to have your additional account numbers associated with your account.

14. Paying Your utility Bill

Pay your Utility bill in person at the temporary City Hall located at 970 N. Cascade Dr., Woodburn OR 97071. Pay your Utility bill by mailing a check or money order or sending an electronic payment from your bank to 270 Montgomery St., Woodburn OR 97071. Be sure to include your account number on the check.

Pay your Utility bill online using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Sign up to have your Utility bill paid by direct withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Download the English Form or Spanish Form from http://www.ci.woodburn.or.us/?q=water_bill and submit the signed form to the City of Woodburn with a voided check or deposit slip.
